Optimization Method of High-Speed Train Composite Material Workshop Planning and Scheduling

With the continuous speed increase of high-speed trains, higher performance requirements are put forward for braking technology and device. In order to improve productivity overall competitiveness, manufacturing companies actively researching new technologies production methods, shop floor scheduling is one core components this problem. This paper mainly studies train composite workshop planning optimization method. experiment adopts B/S-based architecture mode. The prototype system developed with Microsoft’s integrated development platform Visual Studio 2013, SQL Server 2008 used as background database management system. uses white box test method; content includes module interface test, local data structure boundary test. parameters each checked, values some functions also analyzed tested. According results, personnel revise priority again until all molds meet delivery constraints. If scheduled results do not requirements, methods such those compressing lead time, urging casting be in place advance, single process outsourcing, overtime shall considered. paper, a layered coding strategy adopted. first layer represents batch processing sequence. second determines which corresponding belongs to. Each divided into different machine segments represent sequence on machines. When needs switch orders, it can know equipment need adjusted effectively avoid wrong operation caused by temporary adjustment parameters, reduce switching utilization rate line. show that, compared artificial experience method rule method, cycle after genetic reduced 7.34% 8.98%, respectively. that help enterprises save stamping costs, rationality scheduling.
